Kaifi Iqbal son of Mr. Md Iqubal always wanted to help his father in livelihood. Kaifi Iqual has seen his father working hard and still able to just earn for daily essentials. Kaifi has always been creative and thinks out of the box this was the quality his father believes he will do something different in the family. Kaifi Iqbal has started working as a weaver with his uncle, he believes that he is learning each day since the last 25 years and this is what keeps him motivated. Kaifi Iqual has a team of 12 members who are not just a team but a family he believes. Kaifi has seen what an empty stomach can make people do hence he tries to help people who want to work with him. Kaifi not only teaches them the skill but also motivates them as an elder of the family. Kaifi has completed his graduation and is fully capable to handly his accounts, bills. Kaifi always wanted to start something of his own, something where he could be independent and today he is a one of the best weavers who weave linen suits, linen sarees, kinen dupattas, linen stoles, linen fabric and chandar weaver of Bhagalpur. Kaifi and his team work hard to create all these beautiful fabrics with sweat and blood.
