Mr Ansari has been very clear from the start that he wants his all 4 sons to learn the same skill and take on the family business further. M M Alam is the elder son who not only teaches his 3 younger brothers about the business but also helps local weavers in developing new designs and selling them. There are people who work for money, there are people who work for reputation but then there are very few people who work for others. M M Alam is working on developing Banarasi sarees at a low cost so that everyone can afford these beauties. Specialised in Banarasi Handloom work and weave all types of beautiful Banarasi sarees, dupattas, suits, fabric. A dedicated team of 15-20 people work together to bring out the beauty of the fabric. Each and every thread has its own significance. M M Alam work has started working at the age of 15 and will work with till his last breath.
