An enterprising young lady who was motivated by her father and wanted her child to stand out in the society by setting up an example is controlling the entire operations of Bitan Enterprise which was established six years back and has made her father and the entire community proud. She has been able to empower thirty-five women who work for her, earn a decent living and look upon her as their role model. Her husband also encourages her and accompanies her in running the business. The enterprise mainly produces various ladies’ garments which are sold in the district of Murshidabad. Her relentless and sincere endeavour has rightly earned her the Nari Samman Award for the year 2021.
